What Does this sonogram Result Mean?

Hi,
can u please tell me is everything all right and it will be normal deliver or cesarean..


My Wife is pregnant and she is in her 9th month we did the last sonography test and the report is like this

Presentation : Cephalic
Fetus :Single
Somatic Movements : Normal
Cardiac Activity : present
FHR : 140 b/min
BPD measures : 9.6 cms corresponding to 39 weeks 0 days
FL measures : 7.4 cms corresponding to 38 weeks 2 days
AC measures : (34.5 or its 39.5 i dont know what is it cant understand the handwriting) cms corresponding to 38 weeks 5 days
Placenta is located on the Fundal Ant uterine wall with Grade III maturity
Fetal Spine : cal +
Liquor : adequate
Cervical length : area cms internal os is closed.
Fetal weight is :3428 gms.
EDD : 10.10.14
Gestational age of 38.6 week/days

Thanks for contacting HCM with your medical questions. You are concerned over the sonogram your wife had for your baby.

The results here are all normal. The baby is healthy and in the proper position for delivery. The different measurements BPD, FL and AC are looking at different measurements of the babies body to determine the babies gestational age. In this case the readings are all within 38-39 weeks of age.

You have nothing to worry about everything looks normal
